Yesterdays

Breathe in and know where you are
Must in the air
So much dust
Where I keep my secrets
Awake the memories that hide deep in the room
Reluctantly the feelings escape
In a time when I have no time
I'm seeing tears on my memories
Today, the todays that became yesterdays
If you don't take time to remember
Long files of memories could be gone
The pictures are faded, but I remember
When I was happy just being with a friend
Closing the albums, I go back to when I was
Six and full of zest and excitement
Has that child disappeared, or is she still there
Time has made her shy; she's only shown to few
Because my life has changed, now she hides
